StepLab PD Intensive Conference

This day will give attendees a deeper understanding of the core components of Steplab’s PD programme so that:

• You understand the purpose of Steplab and its importance in creating a culture of improvement

• Become familiar and confident in using the platform

• Understand the mechanisms of highly-effective CPL

• Understand how to use it to plan highly-effective CPL

• Understand how to plan for successful implementation

Please bring:

• A laptop with your login to Steplab

• Lunch

• Access to any school documents that will be helpful when thinking about implementation (e.g. calendars, your school’s teaching and learning framework/policy, CPL and M&E schedules etc.)
