Step Up Network Leadership Journeys Webinar

After a successful first year of operating, we are pleased to bring you our virtual event offer for the 2024/25 academic year.

The Step Up Network, originally launched in June 2023, is a grassroots network turned community interest company for new and aspiring leaders in education. We are here to empower educators to make the step up they wish to make. Those within the Step Up community have asked for a blend of online content with face-to-face events.

Last year, we organised the following events which you can see on our YouTube Channel:

• Get that Leadership Job Workshop - November 2023
• Virtual Lead Meet - January 2024
• International Women's Day Collaboration - March 2024
• First Birthday Virtual Celebration - June 2024

We also edited down the videos from virtual events, as well as producing #BehindTheNetwork videos which showcase the Behind the Scenes of the network, and we also shared highlights from our face-to-face events. You can check out our YouTube Channel and subscribe here.

This webinar is based around the topic of your journey as a leader, which will be hosted by Julia Hancock, Founder of Boundless Learning, Coach, Consultant, Trainer and former Primary Head. They will be joined by a fantastic panel including:

• Miriam Hussain: Secondary Assistant Principal, English Teacher, Speaker, Author and Teach First Ambassador.
• Adam Kohlbeck: Primary Senior Leader and Co-Founder of EduPulse.
• Nicola Mooney: Secondary Head of School, MTPT Project Advocate and Network Leader for WomenEd South West.

The webinars will be live streamed onto YouTube, X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn simultaneously. This will then remain on our YouTube channel under the live sections. Getting a ticket is not neccessary, but it means we will be able to prompt and remind you.
