Notice is hereby given the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 17:45 on Wednesday 3rd December 2025 at The Douglas Bay Yacht Club Douglas, Isle of Man for the purpose of discussing the following Agenda:
1. Election of Chair for the meeting
2. Approval of the minutes of the 22nd Annual General Meeting which was held on Wednesday 4th December 2024
3. Receive and adopt the Report of the Chair
4. Approval of the Chair’s report and the Financial Statements of the Company for the period 1st March 2024 to 31st December 2024
5. Proposal to approve changing the Company’s financial year-end back to 31st March annually.
6. Ratification of the acts of the Directors and Officers
7. Changes in Chair, Directors and Officers
8. Removal of the requirement to appoint Auditors.
9. Any other business
