This 2 hour mini-retreat is designed to awaken energy as we transition into the lighter half of the year. This turning point marks the beginning of Aries season: a time of initiation, forward momentum, and fresh starts, as life rises again from the earth. Traditionally known as Ostara, this time of year is associated with emergence, growth, and possibility, as nature stirs back into life and the seeds planted in darkness begin to reach toward the light.
Gaia Sound Journeys is inspired by Mother Earth, whose cycles remind us of our own capacity for renewal, balance, and regeneration. This session includes guided reflection to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom through the power of sound.

What’s included:
🌱 Guided visualisation and reflection
🌱 Energising and uplifting sound journey featuring Himalayan singing bowls, gong, crystal singing bowls, and therapeutic percussion (50 minutes)
🌱 Time for reflection and optional sharing, creating space to integrate and connect
🌱 Herbal tea, dark Scottish craft chocolate, and fruit (vegan friendly)
