STEP Into Purpose — Facilitator Info Night Hosted by the Sedgwick County Teen Empowerment Project (STEP)
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people in your community? We'd love to meet you.
STEP is a project under Reach Neighbors International Missions, started to reduce the high rates of STIs and teen pregnancies in Sedgwick Co. by empowering youth ages 10–19 across Sedgwick County to make healthy decisions, build strong relationships, and step into their purpose. We're growing our facilitator team and looking for motivated, heart-driven individuals who want to invest in the next generation.
As a STEP facilitator you can expect to:
- Deliver presentations and lead events in the community
- Hand out promotional materials and represent STEP at outreach opportunities
- Participate in collaborative team projects and brainstorming sessions
- Pick up events and presentations as they become available — hours vary week to week and are on a flexible, pick-up basis
Starting pay is $16.50/hour.
