Celebrate the magic of the season with a guided Holiday tour of Craigdarroch Castle! Step into the Victorian Era as this historic mansion is decorated in holiday charm. Wander through opulent rooms decked in period-style decorations while your guide shares stories and information on the traditions of the 19th century. From the grand staircase to the beautiful stained glass, every detail glows with seasonal splendor. This enchanting experience brings the holidays to life. Please note that Craigdarroch Castle is a historic house museum and, as such, there are no ramps or elevators inside the building and there are several stairs to navigate inside the building.
The tour begins at 4:30pm and is 1 hour in length. After the tour, guests are invited to stay until 6pm to take holiday photographs and explore the Castle at their own pace. This exclusive after-hours experience offers a rare chance to explore Craigdarroch Castle in a quieter, more intimate setting—perfect for soaking in its holiday magic without the daytime crowds.
