Meet Jillian


Jillian is a dynamic author, speaker, registered nurse, and coach, grounded in integrity and over two decades of experience in surgical nursing. After an injury shifted her path away from direct patient care, her passion for helping people only grew stronger. Jillian pivoted to coaching, guiding hundreds of clients to transform their nutrition, mindset, and relationships.

Her extensive credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, certifications in nutritional counseling, Emotional Intelligence, and training through the International Coaching Federation. She’s also supported coaches and consultants in mastering business strategies and organic marketing.

In Spring 2024, Jillian launched Morning Milers, inspired by the success of her daily walking pad sessions during a community challenge. This program empowers women to achieve consistency in their goals, one step at a time.
