Each class will include:
Warm Up & Cool down
20 minutes of heart-pumping cardio to get your energy levels soaring.
20 minutes of core-conditioning HIIT to sculpt and strengthen your body and legs.
(Feel free to bring your own weights for an extra challenge!)
I've been teaching Step Aerobics since 1992, so you can trust you’ll be in good hands! Although I don’t teach regular classes anymore due to my online commitments, I couldn’t resist coming back to the step for this special series. Whether you’re a seasoned stepper or just want to rediscover the fun, this is the perfect opportunity to jump back in.
