Join me for a series of Balanced Workout sessions in Aberystwyth, combining the strength-building benefits of kettlebell training with the core stability of Pilates. Balanced Workout: A perfect fusion of kettlebell strength training and Pilates core stability exercises. This workout hits every muscle group, combining power with precision for a full-body workout.
Functional Fitness: Build endurance, improve posture, and enhance your day-to-day functional movements to help you feel more confident and agile.
Low Impact, High Results: Pilates is gentle on the joints, while kettlebells offer fantastic muscle-toning benefits, giving you the best of both worlds for a strong, balanced body.
Community & Support: Whether you’re new to kettlebells or a seasoned pro, we’ll cover kettlebell technique and blend it with both standing and mat Pilates for a truly complete workout.
You’ll need to bring your own kettlebell or dumbbell for this class, so you can choose the weight that’s right for you. Together, we’ll build strength, improve mobility, and leave every class feeling uplifted and energised.
