Iowa 4-H Soccer programs provide opportunities for youth in grades K-8 to embrace active and healthy lifestyles using soccer as a tool, promoting nutrition, physical activity, and leadership development. The Soccer For Success curriculum focuses on soccer to improve physical health and skill development through interactive soccer activities, nutrition education, and teamwork.4-H Soccer integrates STEM in Soccer concepts blending Engineering Design Process through engaging hand-on problem solving learning activities. STEM in Soccer explores air molecules in soccer balls, heart rate and intensity with physical activity, and calculating the probability of penalty kicks utilizing collected data. Lunch is provided
