Our good friend of The Wine Cellar, Louis Boutinot, is joining us to showcase some gems from his Waterkloof estate. Founded back in 2004 by Louis’ father Paul, this stunning vineyard sits high on the windswept Schapenberg hills, overlooking False Bay and the Atlantic Ocean 🌅🍷.
With living soils, naturally low yields 🌱, and a long, lazy growing season ☀️, Cellarmaster Nadia has everything she needs to craft wines with balance, character, and a true sense of place. These are wines of origin, wines of circumstance, wines with a story to tell… and one you’ll want to taste! 🍷✨
