Each course of A Very Vintage Christmas is thoughtfully paired with a selection from LOLA Wines—crafted in California with grace, restraint, and a reverence for tradition. These wines echo the spirit of the season and the decades that inspired our menu, offering a harmonious complement to each trio of bites
