Stefani Real Estate Group's Annual Festivus Celebration

You are hereby summoned to my annual Festivus celebration. Let's celebrate by partaking in the annual tradition of signing my Festivus Pole and the airing of our Festivus Grievances. With some luck, we may get the chance to grapple in a Festivus Feats of Strength competition. Please note there will not be a Festivus Dinner (meatloaf on a bed of lettuce) because Scout does not have meatloaf. However, we do expect to experience several Festivus Miracles, which involves celebrating easily explainable events with a sense of awe - kind of like drinking a Coors Light. : - )

Details:

· Tickets: No charge, obvioulsy. However, I volunteer at St. Josaphat's soup kitchen several times per month. A suggested donation of $25 (or whatever you can afford) in lieu of a ticket would be very much appreciated, but not necessary to attend. · Time: The party starts at 8pm and goes until we decide to leave. I anticipate we will be there until at least midnight.

· Food and Drinks: Cash bar.

· Attire: XMAS sweaters or whatever you want. Up to you. Festivus does not care.

· Guests: Invite your friends. More the merrier!!!
