About this Event
Have you seen that which is in your “own backyard?” Hear stories of the Yellow Fever Epidemic; the Jewish people here as early as 1916; the Underground Railroad; the Irish immigrants who built a masterpiece; and the Tories and Loyalists buried in Trinity Parish churchyard. See great edifices unlike any other with stories of longevity and presence in a community dating back to 1752. Bring your friends to Portsmouth, the Jewel of Hampton Roads, for a full Saturday (9am-3pm) of Art, Architecture, and History.
The 2026 walking tour will be on 5/9 and begins at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church on the corner of Washington and the High Street of Portsmouth. Lunch is included.
Purchase $25 advance tickets via credit card here. Online ticket sales end on Wednesday, 5/6. A limited number of walk up tickets may be available the day of the event.
