Steeped In Stillness: Botanical Elixir Ritual + Rest 🌸

An evening designed to soften the body, calm the nervous system, and invite you back into stillness.
We’ll begin by settling into a restorative yoga practice, allowing the body to unwind through fully supported shapes. Throughout the experience, you’ll receive soothing touch and be guided into deeper relaxation as you’re immersed in a sound bath during savasana.
As the body softens and the mind quiets, we’ll close with a botanical elixir ritual — a moment to sip, reflect, and gently reawaken the senses before returning to your evening.
