During this special offering participants will be guided through a 45 minute restorative practice completely immersed with the sounds from the crystal bowls. Following practice, the healing sounds of the bowls will continue on for another 30 minutes to leave participants in a dreamlike state.Then, following the way of tea, Cha Dao, Leslie will guide you through a mindful bowl tea ceremony. A quiet journey that blends the art of tea with gentle, meditative presence. In the shared silence of tea, stillness becomes our center, a place to find balance and reconnect with the nature within.
This offering combines the calming effects of sound healing and the soothing ritual of sharing tea, enhancing the overall atmosphere of relaxation and connection.
