Steel Band Beginner Workshops Course #31

Join our weekly steel band beginner workshops where you can learn to play steel pan music with Reading All Steel Percussion Orchestra - RASPO.

Whether you are a complete beginner or have played before, our steel pan workshops are the place to be on Tuesday evenings 5.30-6.30pm in Reading.

Our friendly music tutors welcome you to the CultureMix Arts & Music Centre for a family friendly experience guaranteeing lots of fun and enjoyment for all.

Learn about steel pans, develop your playing technique and improve your music knowledge. These workshops are the entry point to a range of music activity with CultureMix Arts. As your skills develop there will be opportunities to join the orchestra for performances at carnivals, festivals and events.

Families and all ages (from age 7) are welcome and no previous music experience is needed. All instruments and equipment provided.

Spaces are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
