Chef Rica Grace. Chef Rica Grace's cooking classes are a start to finish, hands-on experience for every participant. Each student has their own cooking station and will execute every step of the recipes and do all of the cooking individually.
A traditional steamed dumpling with pork and shrimp. Learn to make the filling, the special folding method, followed by how to steam them in the bamboo steamer or everyday household steamer. Students will also learn how to make the special dipping sauce.
