BUILD AND TAKE HOME YOUR OWN CAR!
Join artist Aaron Fletchersmith as he walks kids through the history and evolution of Lego cars!
We will talk about design changes and the complexity of the parts available over the years. But most importantly, you get to build and take home your own Lego race car!
All supplies included - plenty of parts will be available for everyone to build a car!
– Come join us at Del Ray Artisans for interactive classes about Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM), taught by professionals from each field. The discount ticket price per child is made possible with support from the City of Alexandria through the FY2026 Annual Arts Program Grant.
Instructor: Aaron Fletchersmith. Class size: 10-20 participants.

Refund Policy
- If a workshop does not reach the minimum number of students within 3 days of the workshop, it may be cancelled at the instructor’s discretion. If you are already registered (and have paid) for a workshop that is cancelled, your whole registration amount will be refunded.
- If you request to withdraw from a workshop 72 hours or more before the day of the workshop, Del Ray Artisans will refund the Workshop Fee and any Supply Fee minus a 15% processing fee.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations less than 72 hours before the day of the workshop.
