What's included
In this class, we'll learn to make:
- Perfectly seared ribeye steak to your desired temperature
- Savory pan sauce
- Caeser salad with from scratch dressing
- Cheesy scalloped potatoes
- Molten chocolate lava cake
Students will work in groups of 2 to prepare the dishes. Each student will cook their own steak to their desired temperature.
