🥩 Steak Night at Today Farm 🥩Join us on Friday, April 10th at 5 p.m. for a special Steak Dinner on the Farm, presented in collaboration with Susquehanna Mills. This ticketed evening will feature a delicious farm-raised blade steak dinner with thoughtfully prepared sides.
Along the way, we’ll share a bit about the blade steak cut and the variety of steaks it includes — such as the Denver steak — highlighting how whole-animal butchery brings out incredible flavor from often overlooked cuts.
