I love steak! I especially love a 1.5" bone-in beautiful rib eye. It's not an item we can have on the menu every day but we can do it once a month. If you read our newsletter, you know my Dad is a big influence in my culinary endeavors and steak was a priority of his. It deserves special attention that I can't give every day. If you like homemade horseradish, beautiful bright green asparagus or baby broccoli and mashed or baked potatoes, come see us!! We will make a special evening menu that includes a homemade caesar salad, steak, compound butter and trimmings along with a beautiful cheesecake for dessert!
