The holidays are a busy time, travel, family gatherings, school breaks, or even a house full of sick family members can throw off your routine.
On top of that, cold weather makes it harder to stay active, and most people end up walking far less this time of year.
At Enhancing Life Personal Training, we close our doors briefly during Thanksgiving and Christmas to New Year’s, but that doesn’t mean your progress has to pause.
This workshop will teach you how to conduct a full workout session at home (or on the go) using just a set of resistance bands.
