About this Event
The UK Art Museum's Between Structure and Chaos exhibition features abstract imagery where artists use diverse painting techniques to create unique compositions. These paintings will spur us to use our imaginations to interpret what's happening on the canvases, like cloud watchers pointing out objects in the white fluff above. We will draw from this inspiration to create our own original abstract paintings. Participants will learn basic techniques for painting with watercolors and interpreting one another's creations.
Children of all ages are welcome to participate. This event is free to attend and all craft materials will be provided. When registering, please include the total number of children and accompanying adults who will be in attendance. Making a reservation guarantees you admission to the event, but walk-ins are also welcome.
