Enrich your Lenten Journey by participating in Stations of the Cross, which will be in the Historic Church, every Friday evening starting at 7 p.m. through Lent.
The service allows the faithful to commemorate Jesus’ life, passion, death and resurrection. At each station there are readings followed by quiet reflections and meditations.
The devotion known as Stations of the Cross is an adaptation of a custom widely observed by pilgrims to Jerusalem: the offering of prayer at a series of places traditionally associated with our Lord’s passion and death.
Daughters of the King will host this spiritual event and is open to everyone! Come join us for one or all of the Fridays: February 20, 27, March 6, 13, 20 and 27.
