If you like your jewellery on the heavier side, this one’s for you. You’ll build a solid silver ring from scratch, starting with your choice of cabochon from our new selection curated just for this class, hand picked from all over the globe, and yes, we’ve now got American turquoise in the mix!
From there it’s all about the details. Wide chunky bands, decorative edges, beaded borders, stamped accents, you decide how far you want to go. We’ll take you through each step of the silversmithing process: measuring, cutting, soldering, shaping, and soldering multiple pieces at once. You’ll learn the finishing touches too - filing, sanding, polishing - so your ring is ready to wear straight out of the workshop.
