ABOUT THE EVENT
State of Downtown is a highly anticipated annual gathering for downtown businesses and key stakeholders, generously sponsored by Gallagher, Evelius & Jones. This premier event convenes more than 500 of the region’s most influential corporate, civic, and community leaders to examine Baltimore’s economic trajectory, key development trends, and the role of policy in shaping vibrant, resilient downtowns.
Program highlights include an overview of the annual State of Downtown Report, followed by a panel discussion exploring public-private partnerships, Downtown Rise, and innovative strategies being implemented in downtowns across the country to reimagine buildings, activate spaces, and strengthen urban cores.
