Run in partnership with IPS Management Consultants, this free program provides step-by-step guidance on starting and developing your business, with valuable insights into key areas such as business planning, customer research, branding, and marketing strategies. You’ll gain the knowledge and tools to build a solid business foundation and prepare for long-term success.
Course objectives:
Enhanced business knowledge: Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of essential concepts for establishing a successful startup, including business validation, branding, business planning, pricing strategies, financial planning, and marketing.
Practical skills development: Through facilitated workshops and guest presentations, participants will develop practical skills in areas such as branding, minimum viable product, basic finance, and effective business management.
Individualised support: Each participant will benefit from personalised guidance through two one-on-one sessions, ensuring clarity, progress tracking, and implementation support tailored to their specific business needs.
Community engagement: The program fosters connections among participants and with Mandurah’s business community, encouraging networking and collaboration that can lead to future business opportunities.
Progress measurement: The program includes mechanisms to measure each participant's progress, assessing their business foundation status before and after the program. This provides insights into the effectiveness of the training.
Additional support: Participants will also have access to one-on-one business advisory sessions during and after the course, providing personalised advice to help you thrive.
