💻 ☕️🍰 O N L I N E B O O K I N G S U P P O R T G R O U P 🍰☕️💻I will be running a free support group on Tuesday, the 16th September, 10am-11am in the Craft Room at The Mandurah Seniors & Community Centre to help those use the online bookings system to book and manage their classes.
Please let me know if you would like to join us by responding the event, or email [email protected], msg 0420694124, or let me know when you come to class so we can add your name to the list. Please note, this is for inperson attendees who are members or looking at joining the seniors centre. Please contact the centre for more information on becoming a member if interested in coming to classes. Online Zoom classes will also be coming soon for anyone and everyone to join classes.
Please bring your device (mobile phone, laptop or tablet), so we can work through the booking system together. I will support you to use the system and to add it to your Home Screen for quick and easy access (optional).
Just to clarify, you can still attend classes if you haven’t booked. We will be supporting those over the next month to book in. Thankyou for your patience as we transition..
Online booking will help to:
Manage class sizes
Prop availability for everyone
Scheduling classes
Improve communication and reminders for class bookings
Better flow for checking and settling at the beginning of classes
Better management of class passes.
I am here to answer any questions you may to alleviate the anxiety, but please do not stress. There are/will be options for everyone, we do not want to deter or not include people due to technology challenges ☺️
