Copenhagen Fintech Startup Open House
We're opening our doors to the public on Tuesday, 19 May from 16:00 CET. If you are curious about fintech, thinking about building something, or already running a startup that wants to engage with the Danish fintech ecosystem, come meet us.
A lot of builders and teams only ever encounter Copenhagen Fintech second hand. This event is the direct version: meet the team, understand what we actually do, and figure out whether there's a fit... whether you're pre-revenue or already scaling.
You should come if you are:
- Curious about fintech and considering starting a company
- An early stage founder - pre-revenue included - who wants to understand what support looks like before you're ready for formal membership
- A founder looking to partner with banks or financial institutions
- A team that's been on the edge of our ecosystem and hasn't yet found the right moment to step in

16:00 Welcome and arrival
16:30 –17:30 Short sessions covering:
- What Copenhagen Fintech membership means, and how to join
- How we support founders through our activities and when in your journey is it worth applying or tapping into
- Why founders choose Copenhagen Fintech Lab as a base
- How Nordic Fintech Center (our R&D arm) works with university partners (KU, CBS, DTU and AU) and where entrepreneurs fit in
- Nordic Fintech Week and how startups play a role here
17:30 –18:30 Networking over savoury snacks (pizza, etc.) and beers
A few logistics
