A Monday Evening Introduction to Mindfulness WorkshopAbout this Event
This 2 hr 30 min workshop will be delivered by Anthony, a long term practitioner an of mindfulness who delivers Mindfulness talks, workshops and courses to organisations and individuals and has years of experience. This workshop will identify what mindfulness is, why it works and you will have opportunity to practise mindfulness exercises that you will be able to apply at home or at work.
NORMAL WORKSHOP COST: £30 but we are offering this workshop for £20. However if cost is a difficulty for you you can choose the donation button instead.
