About this Event
If you have a baby between 3 and 6 months, then this workshop is for you. The thought of introducing solid food to your baby can be both exciting and daunting. There is a lot of information out there to wade through, and knowing what to do when can be hard to work out. Come and join this relaxed, Starting Solids Workshop to find out more about the signs that your baby is ready for food, the sort of foods you might give them, and how to go about it. We'll bust some myths, and share the latest, evidence-based information about weaning. Every attendee will receive a digital copy of our starting solids guide.
The workshop is open to up to 2 adults per baby, but is not suitable for older children to attend. Babies more than welcome.
