About this Event
Are you tired of the long co-op wait lists? Maybe you've been day dreaming a small group of your own? Do you desire more community for your homeschool family? Whatever your reason, join us and get started designing and executing your very homeschool co-op or group.
This two-session seminar and mentorship is designed to help you LAUNCH a homeschool co-op of your own. Talk with experienced homeschool co-op leaders about your plans and ideas. Bounce ideas off of other homeschool parents. Put a concrete plan in place to get your group started!
SESSION 1: January 25: 9:30am-12pm
Hear from experienced co-op leaders about how they started their own groups
Brainstorm ideas and connect with others
Begin planning the why, who, what, where, and when
Come up with a personalized PHASE 1 task list and
Create a timeline for PHASE 1 preparations
MID-WAY MENTORSHIP
We’ll touch base with you in between sessions to see how your plans are coming along, and be available to answer questions that might come up along the way.
SESSION 2: March 22: 10:30am - 12pm
Receive feedback on your phase 1 preparations and troubleshoot problem areas
Plan PHASE 2 steps, including setting a targeted start date for your group
Finalize your plan so it is ready for action
FINAL FOLLOW-UP
We'll follow-up with you as launch day approaches, to make sure everything is ready to go, and cheer you on!
Cost: $50 includes two-session seminar and mid-way mentorship, and final follow-up. Refreshments included.
