What's a Seed Swap?

A seed swap is an event that celebrates the community and the connection between people and seeds. Sharing seeds and stories is a great way to connect with your gardener neighbors, and seed swap seeds are more likely to be locally adapted to our climate. That means the seeds have been harvested from plants that did well in the local weather conditions and with pests.

It is a perfect time of year for those who weather the winter to start dreaming of spring and planting season. It is also a great time to re-engage those seasonal advertisers who you want to lock in for summer issues.
