Making Decisions with Confidence (Even When You Don’t Have All the Information)

When you’re running a business, everything can feel urgent, and the pressure to make the right decision can slow you down even more. Add in self-doubt or that inner voice questioning your capability, and it’s easy to get stuck overthinking or second-guessing yourself.

In this practical, interactive session, Bianca Spruit, founder of Sprout Coaching, will help you cut through that noise - building the confidence to trust yourself and the tools to make clear, effective decisions, even when you don’t have all the information.

You’ll explore how confidence really works (and why it’s not about having all the answers), how imposter syndrome can quietly influence your choices, and how to move forward with clarity anyway. Alongside this, you’ll learn simple, repeatable approaches to prioritising what matters and making decisions that move your business forward.

Expect a mix of reflection, practical tools, and real-world application throughout - so you leave not just with ideas, but with decisions already in motion.

About Bianca

Bianca is a leadership coach with over 20 years of experience in the tech industry and the founder of Sprout Coaching. She helps business owners and emerging leaders grow in confidence, clarity, and capability through the power of coaching.

Having lived both sides of the leadership challenge - as an employee who didn’t feel supported, and as a manager unsure how to truly empower her team - Bianca knows how hard it can be to lead well without the right tools. After training as a Transformational Coach, she brought those skills back into the workplace and saw first-hand how coaching helped her team step up, take ownership, and thrive - all while easing the pressure on her shoulders.

Now, she supports business owners and managers to lead with authenticity, develop strong team dynamics, and create sustainable success from the inside out.
