Join us for this Autumn’s New Moon Starry Strolls
The New Moon brings the darkest skies, giving us the best chance to see the stars ✨ (weather permitting). Enjoy the health benefits of gentle movement, fresh air, time in nature – and hopefully a little stargazing.
🚶 Pace: Leisurely
⏰ Duration: 1–2 hours
✨ If the sky is clear, we’ll spread out picnic blankets and lie back to look up at the stars.
🧥 Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear. Dry robes are available for extra protection – let us know in advance if you’d like to borrow one.
🔦 Torches available to borrow (lights must be kept at waist height or below).
⚠️ You are responsible for your own health and safety at all times. If you have any concerns, please message us beforehand to discuss suitability.
🧒 Children are welcome (but not essential). All children must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them at all times.
🚗 Car sharing will be arranged during the week before the event.
