“The Modern Mixologist” and author will be behind the bar once again to make his famous cocktails once on the menu at The Starlight Room in the ‘90s. Enjoy Tony’s original cocktails at the bar where they were made famous including his iconic Cable Car cocktail—the spiced rum-based cocktail served in a sweet sugar and cinnamon frosted coup glass. Other featured favorites will include Tony’s iconic Pisco Punch and his acclaimed Starlight cocktail made by Tony himself. Reservations are recommended via beacongrand.com/starlite.
