Join us for Starkbierfest on March 8th & 9th! A celebration of strong beer and the annual release of Orator Doppelbock. Traditionally consumed by monks while fasting during lent, these big, dark, chewy beers can be a meal unto themselves, but that isn’t stopping us from pairing them up with @thwaitesmarket brats along with our usual small bites menu.We’ll also be releasing an oak aged version of Orator which rested for 12 months in bourbon barrels, and for good measure will be tapping a keg of Long Shadow Baltic Porter as well.
The beer hall oompah music will be cranking so strap on your lederhosen & dirndls and come raise a few in the taproom to help chase off winter. Prost!
