***Program begins at 6pm. Participants must arrive before 6:15pm before park gate closure. There is no parking along Geary Road.As darkness falls across Sunol Wilderness, explore the park after dark by stargazing with the Tri-Valley Stargazers and Sunol staff! Telescopes will be set up for night sky viewing.
Be mindful of preserving night vision by turning off vehicle headlights in the parking lot meeting area and using red flashlights.
Meeting Location: Horse Trailer Parking Lot.
Directions to meeting location: Go through the park kiosk, continue straight past Sunol Visitor Center and parking lot will be on the right.
Each individual group size not to exceed 6 max. Organized groups such as homeschool and scouts must apply for programs through the EBRPD or Tri-Valley Stargazers websites.
**There is no service/wifi in the park.
Bring headlamp/flashlight, water, and wear layers and close-toed shoes.
