Then The Bard and Bear's Star Wars Unlock! Challenge is perfect for you!
Compete as a team in an Unlock! scenario based on the Star Wars. You've got 1 hour on the clock to work with your team to decode the puzzles, spot all the clues, and put together the pieces you'll need to finish first – or finish at all!
Win or lose, you keep the game! Each copy includes two more Star Wars scenarios to play.
What are Unlock! Adventures?
Unlock! scenarios are an escape room in a box. You'll use a deck of cards and the companion app to solve puzzles, put the pieces together, and enter your solutions to progress towards the finish line. You've got a maximum of 1 hour to complete it!
The three scenarios included in the box are:
- Rebels escaping the ice planet Hoth,
- Smugglers breaking out of an Imperial Star Destroyer, and
- Imperial Agents recovering kyber crystals on the ancient moon, Jedha!
Event Timeline:
7:00 - Settle in and place your orders before it's all hands on deck!
7:30 - Following a brief rules overview, each team will complete the Tutorial scenario (10 minutes maximum) to calibrate their app and get a feel for the Unlock! system
7:45 - The challenge begins! Teams have a maximum of 1 hour to finish the scenario
8:45 - Winning team crowned, and a chance for all teams to debrief
9:00 - Tabs settled, games packed up to take home, and we'll see you next time!
Each ticket includes admission for a team of 2-6 players, with a maximum of 4 teams competing in the event.
Important: Unlock! games require the use of an app. Someone on your team will need to bring a device with the app installed (and ideally a full battery). We'll be asking teams to turn off the background music on the app, so we don't have competing soundscapes, but there are occassional auditory clues or cues needed to progress.
