The STAR Troupe (Student Theatre Arts Repertory Troupe) is a professional student training ground for young theatre artists in grades 6-12.STAR Troupe Singers! In STAR Troupe singers, students will work on a piece of musical theatre repertoire. Each week, singers will receive one-on-one vocal and acting coaching, learning and perfecting the art of acting a song among peers. Participants will also receive one 45-minute private coaching session. In addition, students will learn from and perform for their peers throughout this 5-week spring intensive. All STAR Troupe singers will have the opportunity to perform at the Burlington County Teen Arts Festival and Access Broadway (additional fees apply) and at a friends and family showcase. Space is limited in order to have dedicated one-on-one time.
STAR Troupe Dancers! In STAR Troupe dancers, students will learn a dance combination to a musical theatre song. Each week, singers will learn and review choreography. All STAR Troupe dancers will have the opportunity to perform at the Burlington County Teen Arts Festival and at a friends and family showcase.
