No personal fireworks (including sparklers) are allowed.
No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed.
No pets are allowed in the fireworks viewing areas.
No lawn chairs or seating is provided in the fireworks viewing area.
Patrons can bring their own lawn chairs. Please keep all paved and unpaved paths clear of chairs, picnic blankets, and other items while enjoying the festivities.
Picnic blankets are welcome and can be set up on the grass viewing fields.
Personal tents are allowed except on turf fields but must be taken down before the fireworks start. Tents cannot be staked into the ground and must be secured using weights or heavy, flat objects instead.
Arriving for PRCS Celebrate Independence Day Events:
Please arrive early. Free parking is available at all locations. Parking at Franklin Park and Hal and Berni Hanson Regional Park is available until 8:00 p.m., or when parking lots meet capacity, whichever occurs sooner.
Inclement Weather:
In the case of severe weather, a cancellation notice will be posted on the Loudoun County Parks, Recreation and Community Services Facebook page.
