About this Event
Staying on-campus over the Thanksgiving break? Have friends and family in-town that you hope to spend the holiday with? Want to have some turkey and other Thanksgiving traditional foods without spending hours in the kitchen? If so, please join us for the Graduate Student Council's annual Thanksgiving meal.
It will take place on Thanksgiving day (November 27th) during four different time slots (11:30 am, 1:00 pm, 2:30 pm, or 4:00 pm). Please register for one time slot.
There will be two locations: the Havana Room in the Graduate Community Center and the lawn outside of Kennedy Commons. Stanford students and their guests are all invited to join. We recommend families with children to choose the Havana Room as there will be a playspace for kids but you may choose either location. Food will include traditional Thanksgiving food (i.e. turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet yams, green beans, cranberry sauce, etc.) as well as non-alcoholic refreshments. We will also have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. We ask that you sign up for a slot with the number of guests you expect; each slot will be able to accommodate around 500 attendees across the two locations. RSVPs are highly encouraged and walk-ins will only be allowed if there are still spaces remaining. Please RSVP by Tuesday, November 25th.
