About this Event
This event is being organized by members of the Hispanic advertising community who are coming together in response to the impact immigration raids are having on individuals and families right now.
The evening will include food and drinks, live music, and other activities, creating space to gather in community while raising funds to support people affected by detention and family separation.
Funds raised will be donated to Immigrant Defenders Law Center (https://www.immdef.org/) & La Resistencia (https://laresistencianw.org/donate/) When people are detained, they are often not allowed to make phone calls, leaving families unsure where their loved ones are. These organizations help reconnect detained individuals with their families, offer legal support and provide support to families left behind as they navigate sudden and difficult hardship.
If you’re unable to attend, you can still purchase a ticket to donate directly to the cause.
