Join Vanessa Palmer for the Standing Balance Yoga Workshop. The intent of this class is to provide personalized instruction for standing and balancing poses, assistance in finding proper alignment, and opportunity for curiously exploring the feel of each pose and how to modify. There will be opportunities for asking questions. This is great for anyone who wishes to better understand standing and balancing yoga poses.Yoga mats will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own.
