Challenge your 'Self' and press the edges of your comfort zone by taking your yoga practice out onto the beautiful still waters of The Enoggera Reservoir.
The class is designed to ease you into the newness of moving around on the board and you will be lead through a simple yoga sequence after a brisk paddle to become accustomed to being out on the water. At the end find a whole new level of stillness while floating on the calm waters and listening to the sound of the birds.
We will meet no later than 7am on Sunday the 26th of April and we will paddle out together 15 minutes later.
I will supply an anchor but you need to supply your own board and if it’s a blow up, please consider arriving earlier so that you don’t hold the group up.
Sunday morning SUP yoga Class is $50 per person.
It is ok if you are new to SUP Yoga, SUP boarding or yoga but it is preferable that you can paddle a craft (canoeing etc) and move from sitting to standing on the ground.
​Wear exercise clothes and consider sun protection. Applying sunscreen ahead of time to alleviate slippery paddle hands. And don't forget to apply sunscreen to your feet.
