We are excited to host a yoga class featuring sound bowl healing lead by @wisemonkeywellnessandyoga and contrast therapy, dedicated to honoring our first responders and veterans who struggle with PTSD and mental health issues. Featuring a unique wellness experience that includes invigorating cold plunges, relaxing hot sauna, and yoga.
