STAIRCASE CHALLENGE ON 14TH SEPTEMBERThis is for those in Nairobi Kenya and would like to test your fitness level and push yourself to limits you never thought existed.
DESCRIPTION
We go up and down the 33 storeys on the KICC building as many times as possible. This exercise embraces all levels of fitness. You will go at your pace: you can run, walk or crawl. As long as you are moving.
PREPARATION
It is recommended for people to prepare for a challenge by either doing 5+ flights of stairs daily or brisk walking/running/jogging on steep terrain three times a week.
LOGISTICS
We meet at 7.00AM at KICC, start with warmup and stretching till 7.30 and the challenge begins shortly thereafter. It runs from 7.30-9.30AM, then a warm down and stretching from 9.30-10.00AM.
The participants leave at 10.00AM for other activities and commitments. What a way to start a weekend 😎.

i) Entry fee to KICC,
ii) Cost of a physical trainer,

iv) Tropical mints,
