FOR SAFETY, ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ABLE TO MOVE SAFELY AROUND THE WORKSPACE, FOLLOW MULTI-STEP INSTRUCTIONS, AND USE TOOLS THAT REQUIRE HAND STRENGTH AND COORDINATION WITHOUT ONGOING ASSISTANCE. BECAUSE INSTRUCTORS MUST SUPPORT THE ENTIRE GROUP, WE’RE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ANYONE WHO REQUIRES ONE-ON-ONE HELP FOR THE DURATION OF THE CLASS. CLOSED-TOE SHOES AND LONG PANTS ARE REQUIRED. STAINED GLASS WORKSHOPS INVOLVE LEAD AND CERTAIN CHEMICALS, WHICH MAY CARRY HEALTH RISKS. THESE SESSIONS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE PREGNANT. IF YOU’RE UNSURE WHETHER THESE GUIDELINES APPLY TO YOU, PLEASE REACH OUT BEFORE BOOKING.
PLEASE BE HERE 10-15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR WORKSHOP BEGINS TO CHECK IN. YOUR WORKSHOP STARTS PROMPTLY AT THE LISTED START TIME.
SELECT STORE PICKUP ON CHECKOUT. NO NEED TO ACTUALLY PICK UP YOUR TICKETS. WE WILL JUST CHECK YOU IN ON THE DAY OF YOUR WORKSHOP.

CANCELLATION POLICY
DUE TO LIMITED SEATING, WE REQUEST THAT IN THE CASE YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOU DO SO AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE A SCHEDULED CLASS. THIS GIVES US THE OPPORTUNITY TO FILL YOUR SPOT. YOU MAY CANCEL BY PHONE OR IN PERSON. IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR CLASS, WE CAN OFFER YOU A REFUND IF YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE 72 HOURS. HOWEVER, IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE 72 HOURS, YOU WILL LOSE THE PAYMENT FOR THE CLASS.
LATE POLICY
TO ENSURE THE BEST EXPERIENCE FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS, WORKSHOPS WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT THE SCHEDULED START TIME. GUESTS WHO ARRIVE MORE THAN 20 MINUTES LATE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO JOIN THE CLASS AND WILL FORFEIT THEIR TICKET. PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES EARLY TO GET SETTLED BEFORE WE BEGIN.
