Learn the basics of stained glass making in this short 3 hour beginners class as you make a cute daisy stake for a planter. Instructor Kolby Freeman will have the glass pieces pre-cut and edges smoothed so that you can jump right in. Students will be dealing with fine details and reflective surfaces so be sure to bring your eyeglasses or readers. Color of glass pieces will vary slightly. Class is set up in the morning so students can enjoy a nearby lunch and an afternoon of shopping or hiking in one of Van Buren' County's many parks.
Class fee: $75
Students must register in advance. Class is limited to 12 students ages 12 and up. Younger students need to contact the folk school.
